2. Genuine Reason: Cancellations requested for a genuine reason, such as incorrect order details or change in delivery address, will be considered within the 48-hour window. Please contact our customer support team promptly to discuss your situation.

3. Non-Acceptance of Cancellations: If your order has already entered the production phase or has been shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellations.
